The bike family name (“Sirrus” or “Sirrus X”) is written on the toptube and the model name (e.g. “3.0”) is written on the seatstay of your bicycle. For more information on how to determine whether your bike is affected, please visit your Authorized Specialized Retailer or go to www.specialized.com/safety-notices.
WHAT IS THE ISSUE: Cranks may not have been installed to factory specification. You may lose control and fall if the non-drive side crank arm disengages while riding.
WHAT WILL Master Bike Shop and SPECIALIZED DO FOR AFFECTED RIDERS: If your cranks are affected, We at Master Bike Shop will re-install them to factory specification at no cost to you.
